SO & SO Manifesto

I believe that living is a creative process which each of us can direct. I think of this process as a dance of interconnecting parts. The body is our home. When we move and when we come to rest in our bodies, we can naturally begin to integrate what we see, feel, think and sense into a whole. This whole is the poetic image, the language of the heart. The more we use this language, the more we enjoy life. We can choose many ways to dance with our images, and our imagination is liberated through the dance.
