SO&SO an interdisciplinary arts organization, founded in 1976, that integrates movement, language, image, and awareness practices into art works and creative practices.
SO&SO art is rooted in memory, history, and what is happening in the here and now. Projects vary according to the collaboration, the story, and the focus.
SO&SO classes are designed to strengthen the body-mind connection through practices rooted in the improvisational forms and language of jazz, dance, theater, prose poetry, athletic play, and mind-body practices.
